Ginger Geissinger

Ginger V. Geissinger is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s litigation team.

Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, Ginger worked as a trial attorney in Northern Colorado defending clients in various courts including Weld, Larimer, Adams, and Denver.

Ginger earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her law degree from the University of Denver. Ginger began her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Sterling, CO. After a couple of years, Ginger switched sides to become a j defense attorney in Greeley, CO. In 2010, Ginger opened her own solo practice.

Ginger was honored by ORPC with the Directors Award in 2019 and the Carrie Ann Lucas Disability Team award in 2020. In 2023, Ms. Geissinger took a sabbatical from trial practice to work as a legal fellow for Disability Law Colorado.

In her spare time, Ginger supports the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, the Denver Art Museum, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Ginger attends Denver’s comic con every summer and she has attended every year since it started in 2012.
